From the prehistoric Mound Builders, to the Cherokee, to the 506th Airborne Infantry Regiment running “3 miles up, 3 miles down,” Currahee Mountain has witnessed it all. Now Ol’ Currahee watches over the sun-kissed Georgia Muscadines growing at its feet.

We are a locally owned small town vineyard located in the peaceful mountains of Northeast Georgia. We have a variety of muscadines including both red and white. We are having our first harvest in the late September, October of this year.

Stopped here for a wine tasting and the owner was beyond belief rude and was not prepared. Tasting was outside under a small tent. When asked about the history of the place and wines got a I would rather not talk attitude. Excused himself and left us standing there in mid sentence to talk to a vendor. Parking was horrible and the owner is a complete joke. Real wine enthusiasts please steer clear of this complete waste of your wine tasting enjoyment.
